Information you provide
When you request a demo or contact DocuScrit, you may provide your name, work email, organization, role, workflow interests, and other information you choose to include.
Please do not submit confidential association records, resident information, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive operational data through the public website form.
Demo prefill and attribution data
If you enter a work email in the homepage demo field, the browser may temporarily store that email in session storage for up to 15 minutes so it can prefill the demo request page. The email is not placed in the page URL and the stored value is removed after the demo page reads it or after it expires.
When you submit a demo request, the submission may include a sanitized landing-page path, referrer path, and campaign-attribution values such as UTM parameters or a gclid value. Unknown query parameters are not included with the submission, and attribution values are length-limited before delivery.
Hosting, security, and form-delivery providers may process standard request metadata, such as an IP address or user-agent string, as part of operating, protecting, or delivering the website and form request.
How information is used
DocuScrit uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule product conversations, respond to product and partnership requests, operate and improve the website, and communicate about relevant products or services.
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, and form delivery, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Your choices
You can contact DocuScrit at information@docuscrit.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through the website, subject to applicable requirements and operational needs.
You can also choose not to use the demo form and contact the team directly by email or phone.
